Rope-type diaphragms buckets

The production range comprises various models of rope-type diaphragms and mechanical and hydraulic buckets. The mechanical buckets include the BRD model for very compact land that has great resistance to compression; the BDM model is fitted with a short kelly so as to contribute to the verticality of the excavation. The three versions available cover the most varied site needs.

Wall grabs

The product range includes many mechanical wall grabs for foundation piles. We have the BP1 model for pile diameters from 500-1000 mm Ø; the BP2 model for pile diameters from 1200-1800 mm Ø; the BP3 model from 20003000 mm Ø. The valves can be operated by a single rope with the help of the automatic connecting/release bell or with a twin-rope system. The latter version is recommended for use in particularly compact terrain.

Tools

The various site requirements not only require significant machines and equipment but also tools of suitable and appropriate efficiency that are of the right size and are effective; these features are necessary for reducing excavation time. IN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl makes buckets, drills and corers only of high technical quality and toughness.

Bottom-hole counterbores

The bottom-hole counterbores are used in special foundations when greater stability is required for the pile by increasing the pile’s support base. Two opposite cutting arms are connected to the telescopic rod (kelly) that are opened by the vertical thrust of the kelly so as to form a cutting taper. The ratio between the diameter of the pile and the base taper is approximately 2.

Casing oscillators

The production range includes two models of casing oscillators: the short GA-C version is designed for used in combination with rotating machines and therefore a limited distance is required between the system for connecting to the crane and the perforation axis; the traditional version GA-S is necessary when great depths, large diameters and heavy duty are required. The GA-S version can be supplied with the hydraulic unit.

Hydraulic extractor

The hydraulic extractor has been designed and conceived to extract the shoulder pipes during the steps of making bulkheads and baffles. The compactness combined with the robustness and the significant performance enable it to be used in the most extreme and heavy-duty conditions.

Forming pipes

The proven technical capacity and experience acquired in many years of work have led to the creation of forming pipes with screw joints of top quality and reliability. The different excavation terrain, the attrition in play and the different drilling depths require different products both in terms of specification and price. The manufacturer will find the product that meets his requirements from the proposed range.

Special projects

The technical capacity and the authority that have been acquired over many years of work have enabled the company IN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl to work on what can be defined as the most advanced and complete civil engineering project ever to be undertaken in Venice, namely the M.O.S.E. Project. IN.TE.SE. Costruzioni d’acciaio Srl has collaborated in the design and then manufacture of two important driven mechanical pieces of equipment for driving pilot piles.
